To deliver long-term, outdoor-based programmes in a safe and welcoming environment for participants, volunteers and staff, in which everyone develops an understanding of themselves and has a connection to others and the world we live in – enabling people to find their place in the world and hope in their lives.
We have five organisational values which underpin all the work we do and the decisions we make. We ask all stakeholders, young people, volunteers, board members and staff to challenge us and themselves to live by these values.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, seen and supported to discover their self-belief, gain confidence and face their future with hope.
Over the last 12 months, through extensive consultations with staff, volunteers, ambassadors, and our board of trustees, we developed our new three-year strategy.
This strategy ensures we remain adaptable, resilient, effective and will guide us over the next three years.
