Challenge Structure

DAY 1
Our first day is all about getting to know each other. We’ll start the day off with some breakfast rolls and then head off to a local beach for some ice breakers games, learn about comfort zones and most importantly, build a fire to cook marshmallows!
DAY 2
The next day will be an activity day like rock climbing or canoeing. You’ll get to step outside your comfort zone and try something new.

DAYS 3 – 5
Then it’s off on a residential trip to a bothy (shepherd’s cottage) for two nights, where you’ll get to know your group and staff members even more. We’ll be playing games, heading off for a hill walk, cooking together and learning about how we can stay together in a small space.
AFTER
Following the bothy trip, we’ll arrange to get back together to look at the photos and chat through our experience and you’ll get a chance to have a 1-2-1 with the programme leader.
